Great food, good wine and beer menu, pleasant service

We went in for a spontaneous lunch. The food was wonderful. We had "not your mom's turkey club" and my wife had the make your own grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. Everything was fantastic. We can wait to go back for dinner.

Only had the coffee. The espresso is delicious. Strong, bold flavor. Customer service is good. Prices are reasonable.

Not impressed. And I won't go back. Bad serves. Bad food. I was seved the wrong order. The food had no flavor. And staff argued with me. When I let them know it was ham not prime rib on my sandwich.

Service was great. Food was okay.

The veggie sandwich they made me was delicious. I didn't see one on the menu so I asked and they made it. This should be a menu item.

Ingredients of salad were fresh and tasty..sandwhich was the same..unfortunately we were looking for more of a dinner menu for our early dinner ...I just never know what and when their menu is..first time there, it was second Saturday and closed for a private fund raising dinner, next time was a Thursday 5:30 pm dinner and it was fine and yesterday was a first Saturday early dinner with just a soup, salad, sandwhich dinner...The food has always tasted good and not cheap ingredients..so I will keep going..

Amazing sandwiches and coffee!!

This place is always excellent. Food is great people are great.

We have eaten here a few times and had our Christmas party a few days ago. The food is so good, large sandwiches, yummy Elk chili, and the staff is super sweet.

This is our third visit, and I can't wait for our fourth! The food has been consistently excellant with a good selection of wines to enjoy. Service has always been great even when the place is packed - like today. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Beyond excellent food!This restaurant is a gem! Everything we ate was perfect. The flank steak and prawn special bordered on art. The 48 hour marinade turned the meat into a silky butter-like texture. I just stumbled across this place as we bombed up the interstate. The food is so good, it should be a destination. I believe the owner served me our COVID takeout. I could feel his passion for the food and his extreme attention to detail. The bottle of wine he recommended was like nectar of the Gods. I have no clue what goes on in Ridgefield but this restaurant right off the interstate is an oasis.

The most amazing sandwiches of anywhere in Clark County, everything is always freshly made. There wine selection is top notch, desserts are exquisite, definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

A bit on the spendy side, but good food. If I am in the area I would stop there again. Coffee was quite good.

Went here for dinner today was greeted very kindly by their staff. I got their butternut squash ravioli with truffle alfredo made by chef Faith. It was one of the most well balanced dishes I've had in quite sometime. Then for dessert I had a wonderfully crumbly and soft espresso coffee cake served warm with vanilla icecream. I will definitely be coming back to see what Faith comes up with next

Good food. Good service. Would be 5 stars but just a tad over priced. Shouldn't have to pay more than $10 for a 6 inch cheesesteak and potato chips. BUT it does have "Bistro" in the name, guess I should have expected it.

The food was great and the elk chili delicious. Kim is a great server and the atmosphere was like a restaurant we used to go to, warm and inviting. We liked the smaller sizes for the dessert so you don't have to over eat when you want a little sweet to finish the meal. Definitely going again!

The food was excellent. Very comfortable atmosphere. A little pricey for what you get but overall I would go back.

Really a gem of a restaurant. Been coming here about once a month for the past year and the food is always excellent. Service is consistently good as well. I appreciate that even when it's busy, it's doesn't take long for someone to come over with a menu and ask about a drink. The menu will have familiar looking items, but everything my wife and I have had has been very well executed. Quaint atmosphere and the small patio provides a nice al fresco option when the weather cooperates. Only suggestions for improvement are some more flavorful potato chips to accompany the sandwiches, and those bright, cool white industrial-like lights over some of the tables can be a bit harsh in an otherwise charming interior.

We just attended a 6 course wine dinner where each course was paired with one of the delicious wines from Phelps Creek Winery. The food and service were both outstanding! Be on the lookout for these types of events and reserve your spot early.!On a daily basis, Fuel serves artisanal sandwiches, salads, soups and more that are creative, healthy, affordable and absolutely delicious.I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. I believe you'll walk away pleased that you did.

Food is great, and the wine is too. Get dessert while you're at it.

The food was excellent and glad I ate before I noticed the food violations. Witnessed a young chef eating from food containers of ready to eat foods, bare handed, sticking his hand back in after wiping his saliva covered hand on his rear end to I guess clean it. His shirt from the front to the back of his pants were covered in food where he has been wiping his hands. They don’t wear aprons? Only once he noticed I was looking at him did he put gloves on (Washington state requires anyone preparing ready to eat foods wear gloves). The chef preparing food in the kitchen was wearing gloves atleast. They must make it a habit to eat food off the line because the waitress was also eating stuff out of the kitchen and not washing her hands before handling the menu. The waitress was really nice and attentive. The food was great but unless they train their staff on food safety then, we won’t be back.

Very easy stop immediately off the 5. The shaved prime rib "under boss" sandwhich was phenomenal... lots of excellent soup sides choices. And the staff is awesome!

This is a fantastic place especially for a small town like Ridgefield. I like the industrial décor, the service was fantastic and the food was outstanding. We were lucky. We went when it was pretty quiet so the one server and one chef was able to serve us quickly. Had it been busy they might have had a hard time keeping up. Common issues with small businesses in small towns.
